Morrigan’s armor is fashionable and practical. Leliana’s shows her devotion to the chantry.
Wynne actually looks like a sweet old grandmother that could kick your ass, but would prefer to heal you after you get your ass kicked.
And Zevrans is more of the unique organization armor- a symbol of the crows that would no doubt scare the shit outta some people.
I thought for a second that this was concept art
